Celery, Pear, Mint & Cinnamon Juice

One of my favourite ways to get all those lovely greens into my body is by having a nice and tasty drink in the morning or in any other time of the day that I feel like. This morning I tried a new combination of celery, pear, mint and cinnamon.

Here is all you need to try this juice:

  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 2 pears
  • mint leafs
  • cinnamon

First of all, make sure you wash your celery, pears and mint leafs properly. Cut your celery stalks into small chunks with a knife. Peel off your pears and cut them also into small pieces. Put them altogether inside your blender.

Add as many mint leafs as you feel like, depending on how much you like to feel the mint flavour in your drinks. I usually use the leafs of one stalk. Then fill your blender with filtered water and sprinkle it with a bit of cinnamon.

Mix everything up and your drink will be ready to give you all those great nutrients.
